Hope only exists only if you allow it to.
Hope itself doesn't have a guarantee to everything.
In the end, it can either bring joy or disappointment after everything.
It's still a gamble on what to feel about something that we see or want from within ourselves.
But you know, it's actually better than being hopeless.
Why?
The absence of hope is already a condition in which you surrender yourself to whatever life gives you.
That might be good in a way, but you won't have the force of will; the determination to strive for something.
Hopelessness to its maximum extent can cause you to do pathetic things.
Hopelessness can bring yourself down unnecessarily when you are actually capable.
Hopelessness can give you an option to commit suicide, as if it was actually your only good option.
Hopelessness, is actually useless.
To hope, is a feeling to get things that you wanted can be had or for things to turn out to be the best.
Expecting something to happen?
Don't be mad if things don't go the way you want them to be, you might have done something to cause it that way if ever it had anything to do with you. And the weather? It's no one's fault, it's just there constantly. It happens and no human can control the weather, seriously.
Expectations can help you with your capacity to acquire what you wanted too.
You may also consider working for what you want, because hope alone is irrational without doing something to fulfill it. If you remain dependent on thought alone, you will be disappointed on a huge percentage.
Also, disappointment after a hope for something is part of life.
Don't worry about it, at least you've learned your lesson.
Evaluate what went wrong, and how you're going to change yourself for the better next time you're faced with a similar challenge.
You're a human being, you are capable of thinking and acting.
Whining doesn't help and won't help you if you don't help yourself.
Okay?
